Sheraton Understands User Experience It's 9:30 pm and I'm quietly reading in my hotel room at the Sheraton in Framingham MA. There's a nock at the door.. who could it be? It's a platter of wine, fruit, and cheese from the Hotel Manager. You see this afternoon there shuttle was 30 minutes late picking me up after an interview. The driver asked if I'd been waiting long, I told him I had, but that was the extent of my complaint. Later that evening the Hotel Manger called up to personally apologize and offer me complimentary breakfast tomorrow morning. Then the wine and cheese arrived. The Sheraton clearly understand the important of the User Experience and cares deeply about Customer Satisfaction. I was certainly impressed. Now I'm off to sip my wine and nibble some cheese...
