"New, from Google: Froogle! 'Froogle is a new service from Google that makes it easy to find information about products for sale online. By focusing entirely on product search, Froogle applies the power of Google's search technology to a very specific task: locating stores that sell the item you want to find and pointing you directly to the place where you can make a purchase.' I guess it's kind of like the Google Strip Mall, with every online store as a retailer, although I still prefer PriceGrabber's value-added services (like sorting by price and the ability to determine shipping costs, all on one page).
The Dark Side of the Moon Well tomorrow I have my last exam, in the last course, of my last semester in the Carnegie Mellon Human Computer Interaction Masters Program. I still have a fair amount of studying to do but I also expect to receive an email, one way or the other, about a possible job offer later today. To keep from being distracted by either good news or bad I'm going to try to gasp keep my email client closed for 48 hours and concentrate on studying. So let me apologize in advance for not getting back to people. I'm passing around the dark side of the moon. I'll see you on the other side.
