Flashy Text

mail sent to help@google.com

Does Google index Flash MX file text equivalents?

http://www.macromedia.com/macromedia/accessibility/features/flash/text/

update, also emailed macromedia.  Still looking I found this: "HTML Techniques for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0" from 2000 but I don't know if Google indexs based on it.
